How is it you have an app that doesn't include all speakers that are still being sold

Nothing works I’ve tried everything the website has told me to do and it still won’t connect to the app

I have the charge 5 and the app never connects. Ive had this speaker for about two years. The speaker is great “5 stars” The app on the other hand is useless. I have never been able to connect the charge 5 to the app. Boooooo 1 star since i have found it completely useless. Im using the iPhone 14 pro max.

I would like to be able to control and adjust my treb bass and mid can you guys fix when I have two speakers on party mode still an awesome app

App has been amazing for years but now all of the sudden it won’t connect to my JBL boombox 2. Been like that for months.

ZERO information about battery! Battery current charge, estimated charge time, remaining life, recommended charging level & routine charge cycle. Without POWER the device is essentially WORTHLESS!

Been having issues with this app working recently on iPhone. I’ve done everything from deleting and reinstalling the app, reset the speaker, two different JBL Xtreme speakers and still nothing.

It always takes a Herculean effort each time I want to play two speakers or more. Every time.

No option for 310 party box

After using for almost a year there’s no problem connecting it with the app, but about 3 months ago the app can’t detect my speaker again even though I got no problem with connecting it to my phone and playing music. I’ve tried connecting it to an android phone but it did the same thing, it told me to forget the device and reconnect it. I’ve tried it over and over again but it never works.

This is my first JBL speaker and I’m very impressed with the sound quality of even the small portable ones. The app is great and easy to use and I love that it gives you the option to customize the sound mechanics.

The app doesn’t allow you to connect to JBL‘s older speakers. I have the clip three and it only except the clip five.

What a joke and ripoff. Seems like it’s planned.

Perfect experience

This app is good when it connects with your speaker however no matter what I try it will not connect to my flip 6. The speaker connects to my phone perfectly but the app doesn’t recognize it

I bought 3 of the exact same speakers for this reason and all it does is make the music go crazy fast, cuts out, super annoying. Not worth it. Spend more time messing with it trying to make it work than anything. Tried all the things-deleting , reinstalling, forget devices, etc. no change. Idk

The JBL clip five sounds good and has an awesome EQ.

This app is cooked it tells me to disconnect and reconnect and then come back to the app but I've done that five times and I still can't get into my speaker settings

So I tried to connect my JBL speaker go3 and I could connect to it through my Bluetooth, but after that, I just couldn’t connect it to the app and when I tried, it showed me that there was no more support for it someone help

App has not worked for me for a few months. Used to work. Tells me to reconnect speaker, I disconnect even forget the device but still tells me the same thing over and over again. Pls fix

The app worked initially. Later it never detected my speaker. Uninstalled and installed app. Removed and added Bluetooth device. Restarting phone. You name it. I did it. Didn’t work.

So JBL does a really good job with keeping up its just one thing that I can’t add a JBL go3 they should have every JBL even old ones they fix that i’m happy as can ever be

I have to always reconnect my product to see charge percent and audio settings. Annoying.

I have the Go 3 and when I downloaded this app I discovered that the go 3 isn’t supported. In a new update it would be highly recommended to the Go 3 as I have read a ton of reviews of people saying that they have the Go 3 and it isn’t compatible. Currently I’m going to give this 1 star since my speaker isn’t compatible. I will give a 5 star review once JBL adds the Go 3. Don’t forget to read the reviews before you download apps!!!!

They want me to upgrade, but I can’t update my existing devices or check their firmware version. They don’t even have the option to select the latest version in the app. It’s frustrating that they support five versions but don’t show the option for the last four. I can’t determine if my devices are up to date. This is disappointing for a company that used to be recommended. I’ll contact customer support and update you on the outcome.

I have Charge 5s, Charge 4s, Extreme 3s and a Flip 6. The only speaker I can connect is the Flip 6. The others used to connect, but not anymore. I’ve tried all the things that you say will fix it, but no luck. Anyone have an answer?

Tried many man times to get it connected. Did all the steps over and over and over again. Redownloaded the app and still won’t connect. App is up to date.

The app used to be much lighter before and is now laggy and seems to have less features than it did before the latest updates.

Works good, but for some reason if I’m not playing music, it automatically cuts off and I don’t like this. Because this means every couple of minutes I have to turn it back on and it gets annoying. In addition, I do think that it should play louder. It’s not really loud. However, the lighting is great but I wish I had more features. Overall, it’s an OK product, but it could be better
